Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data and reports? We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Technical team in Grantham and play a key role in supporting food safety, quality, compliance, and customer requirements across the site.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring technical information is accurately recorded, reported, and communicated.
- Support the Technical team by managing documentation, coordinating testing programmes, producing KPI reports, and maintaining compliance records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical and customer KPI reports.
- Manage laboratory samples and record test results.
- Monitor microbiological, allergen, nutritional, and statutory testing schedules.
- Communicate test failures and technical information promptly and professionally.
- Complete export traceability documentation and supporting paperwork.
- Maintain accurate archives and production records.
- Support equipment and process validations, including thermal process validation.
- Upload and manage information via SharePoint.
- Issue equipment to operational teams in line with site procedures.
- Assist with customer enquiries, complaints, and requests when required.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Food manufacturing or food industry experience.
- Experience within Food Hygiene or Quality.
- Good educational background.
- Experience producing factory specifications.
