Pilgrims Europe is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to lead poultry operations and support welfare-focused farming across our Broiler farm. You will deputise for the Farm Manager, maintain records on birds, food and stock, and drive efficiency with a hands-on approach.
The role requires a driving licence (van provided subject to checks), and you will work a 5 from 7 pattern (approximately 48 hours per week) with accommodation allowance and a performance bonus opportunity.
