What You'll Do:
- Oversee the production planning process, ensuring optimal use of resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with Area Coordinators, Production Leaders, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that all planning activities align with site and customer demands.
- Plan daily and weekly production schedules, adapting to meet changing priorities.
- Monitor and manage stock levels across the Grantham site.
- Ensure timely transfers and coordination between sites to maintain workflow.
- Manage short-life stock and raise concessions to avoid operational downtime.
- Communicate effectively with production, stock control, despatch, and shift management.
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs, waste, and increase yields.
- Uphold Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, AROLINK) and Excel to manage plans and performance tracking.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in production planning or supply chain management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of H&S and Food Safety principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and SAP.
- A hands-on, team-first attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
