Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an organised and people-focused People Assistant to join our HR team in Grantham. You will support colleagues throughout their employment journey, from onboarding through to offboarding, helping to deliver a positive employee experience.
You will manage new starter onboarding and employee administration, maintain accurate HR records, support probation reviews, process leavers and respond to queries.
