Job Purpose
To efficiently operate, maintain, and manage heavy‑duty mixing machinery while ensuring seamless workflow in a high‑pressure production environment. The role demands exceptional physical capability, technical problem‑solving skills, and teamwork to meet stringent production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Maintenance: Safely assemble, dismantle, operate, and troubleshoot industrial mixing machinery. Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly. Adhere to strict operational protocols and safety guidelines.
- Material Handling: Decant 15kg baskets of raw materials throughout the shift. Manually push tubs weighing 180‑200 kg. Ensure accurate material measurement and mixing ratios.
- Workflow Management: Maintain consistent output in a fast‑paced environment to meet daily production quotas. Monitor mixing processes, adjusting parameters as needed to ensure product quality. Document batch records and maintain cleanliness in the mixing area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced production staff to resolve operational challenges.
Physical Demands
- Heavy lifting (lifting up to 25 kg baskets) and pushing loads of 180‑200 kg.
- Standing for 90% of the shift with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Operating in environments with moderate noise and cold.
