Grantham Pilgrim’s Europe is a leading food manufacturer, and we are currently looking for a Machine Minder to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive workplace with great opportunities for development.
Shift pattern: Alternating Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for personal Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of other workers.
- To ensure that quality standards within the factory are maintained.
- To ensure that hygiene standards within the factory and machinery are maintained.
- To carry out basic mechanical duties in relation to the equipment within the factory.
- Required to set up and operate machinery.
- Assemble and disassemble machinery to facilitate deep cleaning.
- Provision of a service to other areas of the factory.
- Any Other Duties, which may be required by the Manager.
Physical conditions: The job is performed mainly in a chilled factory area and involves extensive periods of standing.
