Overview: Pilgrim’s Europe is a leading food manufacturer, and we are currently looking for a Line Controller to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive workplace with great opportunities for development.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust process machinery to ensure product safety and quality.
- Monitor product and machinery during production to ensure specification parameters are met.
- Fill machines with ingredients; this may involve lifting up to 25 kg bags.
- Focus on the efficient running of the line and manage changeovers when producing different products.
- Report any issues with product or machinery to your line manager to be resolved.

- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday — 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 alternating
- Location: Gonerby Rd, Grantham NG31 8HX
- Salary starts from £536 per week, £27,904 per year
