Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate with the potential to earn over £500 per week.

Balanced Schedule: Shift pattern of 5 days out of 7.

Key Responsibilities

The job holder has a responsibility to create a culture of awareness of, and commitment to the highest standards of quality & food safety and as such they must lead by example.

The job holder is responsible for actively encouraging all staff to immediately report any quality or food safety issues, assign reward for doing so (using the STAR Award process) and must be seen to take visible action and give feedback to the reportee on actions taken to address the raised issue.

The job holder will have signed the Bodmin Quality and Food Safety Contract which will be an appendix to this role profile. This will be reviewed and signed annually.

To ensure the smooth operation of the Goods In department in order that the service to production is not interrupted and efficiency, quality, hygiene and safety goals are achieved.

Skills & Knowledge

• Good level of literacy and numeracy.
• Computer skills.
• Good knowledge of operating Arolink and SAP.
• Working knowledge of Goods In procedures.
• Experience of managing a small team.
• Good communication skills.
• HACCP and CCP control knowledge.
