We are looking for Production Operative who will play a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently in our uncured and curing areas. The job holder will follow strict quality and safety standards while contributing to a positive team environment.
Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over Β£530 per week
Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 6.00 am β 14.00 pm Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Safety
- Report Health & Safety or quality concerns to your Line Leader
- Participate in company training programs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Wear appropriate PPE and follow hygiene requirements
- Ensure products meet quality specifications
- Report any out-of-specification products or materials to your supervisor or QA
- Responsible for the curing process of meat products- this involves adding salts or other curing agents to remove moisture and infuse flavour. Various methods may be used, such as dry curing, injection curing, or brine curing solutions, to achieve the desired results

- Previous production line experience is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Food Safety (preferred)
