Overview
Temporary role for 12 months to cover maternity
Purpose of the Role: We\βre looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Site Finance Analyst to join our team in Enniskillen. This role is key to delivering insightful reporting and analysis that supports the effective execution of the Site and Chilled Meals strategy. You\\\βll take ownership of Cost of Sales and Overheads reporting, ensuring alignment with statutory, Pilgrim\\\βs Europe, and best practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journals and provide performance insights for the site.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and participate in monthly review meetings, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Deliver accurate Cost of Sales reporting and variance analysis against budget/forecast, clearly communicating findings to site management.
- Produce and analyse weekly Yields and Product Price Variance reports.
- Reconcile reports to the General Ledger, including GRIR accounts and supplier statements.
- Support the delivery of annual budgets, forecasts, and year-end accounts.
- Generate daily/weekly labour performance KPIs.
- Actively contribute to site projects aimed at continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal reporting standards.
- Maintain strong internal controls to mitigate business risk.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by Site and Central Finance teams.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with solid management accounting experience, ideally in FMCG.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Results-driven with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across a matrix organisation.
- Proven ability to meet weekly deadlines and deliver high-quality KPIs.
- Passionate about developing a career in Finance.
