Overview
Nutrition & Research Coordinator - Pig Nutrition – Stradbroke.
Responsibilities
- Support trial activities across our Trial Facility, farms, and processing sites
- Assist with (and lead where required) satellite farm projects
- Coordinate logistics before, during, and after trials
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data and samples
- Prepare trial protocols, reports, and summaries
- Present findings and share key insights
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely project completion
- Manage trial documentation, costs, and compliance requirements
- Monitor animal health and welfare throughout trials
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of trials in the absence of the Project Lead
What Success Looks Like
- Accurate data recorded on the day of collection
- Trial summaries and costings completed within 3 weeks
- Clear communication of interim and final results
- Strong alignment with company KPIs, compliance, and training
- Flexibility to travel and work varied hours when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisation and time management
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Confident communicator across all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
- Knowledge of agriculture, meat science, or a related industry
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in a Science-related subject (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Industry experience in livestock (desirable)
- Master’s degree (desirable)
