We’re looking for a Feed Coordinator for a fixed term contract ending end of September 2026 based at our Stradbroke Office. This is a varied role with the responsibility for ensuring the efficient ordering of feed and farm sundries for our group of farming partners. The role also involves:

  • Liaising with farmers and suppliers on feed and sundry deliveries / recoveries / complaints
  • Liaising with vets, field staff and nutrition team on feeding programs and queries
  • Liaising with both internal and third-party hauliers to arrange feed recoveries and movements
  • Creation of reports to supply data to wider business and suppliers
  • Managing bio security database of internal and external feed mills
  • Planning ex-mill feed collections and movements between farms
  • Responding to admin/invoice queries in the wider business

You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, able to work under pressure individually to meet deadlines, well organised and efficient, and able to work unsupervised and use own initiative.
