About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Installation Specialist to support the growth of the Rollover brand across the Midlands, the North and Scotland. This is a field-based, customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing food-to-go equipment, as well as delivering professional training to customers on equipment use and food preparation. This role is also a proven stepping stone into Sales — many of our Installation Specialists have successfully progressed into sales positions, making it a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build commercial experience and develop their career within Pilgrim's Europe. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth, reliable experience — helping them get the most out of our products while representing the Rollover brand to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work proactively with account teams to plan and complete customer installations
  • Install Rollover equipment to a high, consistent standard within agreed SLAs
  • Deliver clear, engaging training on equipment use and food preparation
  • Carry out a wide range of on-site equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure all food safety and preparation procedures are clearly communicated
  • Complete job sheets, service logs and training records accurately
  • Maintain and update customer records using systems such as Repsly
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Manage your own diary effectively across multiple locations
