Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a proactive Line Leader to join our Production team at Bromborough. You will support the Area Manager to run the line safely and efficiently, ensuring products meet quality requirements and are produced to the budget.
You will be responsible for line readiness, material checks, downtime and waste tracking, and training new staff, while maintaining GMP and hygiene standards to ensure audit readiness at all times.
