Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-8pm
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday 8am-8pm
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8pm-8am
- Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday 8pm-8am
