Hours: 4 on 4 off days 6am-6pm
Through a culture of continuous improvement to lead a motivated engineering team to deliver sustainable reliability of equipment through proactive maintenance and speed of response. Take ownership of the department whilst on shift maintaining systems essential to the operation of an efficient engineering department
