We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Linton site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and oversee all administrative tasks within the engineering team, including but not limited to:
  • PPM paperwork
  • Statutory inspections and insurance documentation
  • Monitoring calibration requirements and service sheets
  • Time and Attendance Management: Oversee the time and attendance system for the engineering team, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
  • Stock Control Assistance: Collaborate with the Stock Control Administrator to:
    • Book out parts from engineering stores
    • Manage the requisition process in SAP for engineering stock and Capex projects
  • Engineering Stores Management: Take charge of managing engineering stores, including:
    • Conducting monthly stock takes
    • Ensuring the availability of required parts
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake other related tasks as needed to support the engineering team effectively.
  • Qualifications:

    • Good IT skills
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Proficiency in SAP and HolisTech systems is preferred
    • Maths and English GCSE
