We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Linton site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage and oversee all administrative tasks within the engineering team, including but not limited to:
- PPM paperwork
- Statutory inspections and insurance documentation
- Monitoring calibration requirements and service sheets
- Book out parts from engineering stores
- Manage the requisition process in SAP for engineering stock and Capex projects
- Conducting monthly stock takes
- Ensuring the availability of required parts
Qualifications:
- Good IT skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in SAP and HolisTech systems is preferred
- Maths and English GCSE
