Duties & Responsibilities
- To highlight any discrepancies in the appropriate manner (carrying out corporate governance role D – Inventory, with respect to Purchase to Pay Cycle – Goods and Services).
- Issue relevant stock movement reports in the absence of the purchasing controller (engineering).
- To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques.
- High degree of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems/ERP systems.
- Able to produce reports and manage computer systems being familiar with Word, Excel, and similar office applications.
