We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative Lairage to join our Process 1 team A and team C at Pilgrim's Europe - Dungannon. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Work pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 5:45 am - 17:45 pm
- Week 2: Monday - Friday 17:45 pm - 02:00 am

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration depending on the area of work).
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
- Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
- Report incidents or hazards immediately.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency.
- A food hygiene qualification.
- Awareness of Food Processing industry standards.
- Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment.
- Data recording or computer/keyboard skills.
