As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to the HR Business Partner and a key driver of engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll lead the site HR team, support strategic initiatives, and step up in the HRBP’s absence to ensure continuity and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Champion the Group People Strategy and support site-wide HR initiatives.
- Lead and coach the HR team to deliver high-impact results.
- Advise on employee relations, policy application, and union engagement.
- Oversee absence management, HR systems, and compliance reporting.
- Drive performance, learning, and development across the site.
- Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and well-being.
What You’ll Bring
