We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative Hangers to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe - Dungannon. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Work pattern:
Working hours are: 05.45 am to 17.45 pm, rotational, as a part of the Process 1 in Team A and Team B.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 5:45 am - 17:45 pm
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday - 5:45 am - 17:45 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out processing duties (e.g. hanging, filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work).
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Produce a high standard of work consistently.
- Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
- Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
- Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
- Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules.
- Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
- Report incidents or hazards immediately.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Ability to read and write.
- Numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills.
- English language proficiency.
