We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative KFC to join team C at Pilgrim's Europe - Dungannon. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work).
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Produce a high standard of work consistently.
- Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks.
- Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
- Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
- Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules.
- Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
- Report incidents or hazards immediately.
