What you'll do:
- Complete three 6-month site rotations at Craigavon, Dungannon, Ballymena.
- Gain hands-on experience across fresh poultry.
- Develop capability in people leadership, lean production and operational management.
- Work in high-volume, complex manufacturing environments with real responsibility.
