The Vacancy To provide support to rendering operations The role will incorporate a range of activities including SAP management, Purchase Order's, stock take controls, KPI management, customer service level reporting as well as planning operations, whilst ensuring quality products within customer specifications.

Information: Competitive hourly rate of pay Opportunity to develop within a supportive team environment Full training and progression opportunities Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:45am - 17:00pm Key Responsibilities; Producing rendering reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis including reports on KPI's, SAP, Stock takes, shift reporting and quality Maintain good working knowledge of SAP reports and stock management.

Ordering all the rendering production goods and engineering parts.

To manage stock on a weekly basis Support the planning and implementation of the daily production plan/supply plan and report and manage potential variances problems directly and promptly to management.

Liaise with all appropriate departments to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.

Follow all Company policies, procedures and work methods Other administrative duties necessary for rendering management What are we looking for; Computer skills Organisational skills Good Communication Skills.

Typing Skills Data Input Ability Self Motivated Good Working knowledge of Excel / Word / Email, preference will be given to those with advanced excel skills.

IT Literacy Experience working with Excel Problem solving and decision making skills.

Previous Experience of working in a FMCG environment Previous experience of using SAP or an ERP system.

Report any hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents immediately.

Actively support company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
