The Vacancy About the Role We are seeking a motivated and driven Operations Area Leader to join our Frozen Packing department .Reporting to the Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing production activities, leading teams, achieving production targets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, food safety, and health & safety are maintained. Location: Dungannon Shift: Team B, 6:00am - 6:00pm (Rotating Shift Pattern) Contract: Permanent Opportunity Key Responsibilities. Lead and organise production operations to achieve packing plans and targets. Monitor line performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained. Complete KPI reporting and lead daily performance meetings. What We're Looking For Good level of English and numeracy skills.
