We are currently recruiting Key Skilled Operatives to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park, Dungannon. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing product within their department and ensuring hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are maintained at all times. A key element of the role is working as part of a team to ensure that production KPIs are met.
Key Information

- Work Pattern: 06:00am-18:00pm rotational as part of the Wholebird Team B
- Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Wed, Thurs
Key Responsibilities
- Product processing (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering, evisceration - depending on area of work)
- Responsibility for personal health & safety and that of other colleagues
- Ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved
- Maintaining hygiene standards
- Product packaging and boxing
- Product weighing
- Rotation of duties and flexibility to support other areas of the factory
- Meeting productivity standards
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Carrying out any additional duties as required
Essential Requirements
- Ability to read and write in English (depending on area of work)
- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a factory environment
Desirable
- Previous food production or factory experience
- Awareness of the Food Processing Industry
- Knife skills or previous experience in butchery
- Data entry / computer keyboard skills
