We are looking for a credible, proactive, and people-focused HR Advisor to join our HR Team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in delivering an effective and efficient HR advisory service, supporting both operational and strategic people objectives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice. What You'll Do Employee Relations Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters. Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, and conduct cases in line with company policies and employment legislation. Assist in driving a positive employee relations culture across the site. HR Systems & Administration Ensure employee records and HR systems are maintained accurately and confidentially. Produce and maintain HR documentation in line with GDPR and company requirements. Learning & Development Support the delivery of training compliance across all departments. Work collaboratively with Learning & Development teams to maximise employee development opportunities. Ensure HR processes remain compliant with employment legislation and internal standards. Health, Safety & Wellbeing Actively support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the site. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an HR Advisory or HR Generalist role. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice. Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish. Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or fast-paced operational environment would be advantageous.
