We're looking for a Grower Settlement Manager to oversee the accurate and timely processing of grower payments, ensuring settlements are completed in line with agreed contractual terms. This is a key role working at the heart of our agriculture finance function, managing high-volume data and building strong relationships with internal teams and growers.
What You'll Do
- Co-ordinate and review grower settlement data and statements
- Manage the payment approval workflow, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with Agriculture, Finance, suppliers and growers on queries
- Process and manage grower payments, invoices and self-billing
- Ensure strong adherence to SOPs and financial controls
- Submit payment details to Accounts Payable for processing in SAP
- Support ongoing improvements to payment processes and systems
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and grower network
