We are looking for a Controller in Process 1 to join our Production team in Pilgrim's Europe - at Dungannon. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality of products and adherence to line processing and packaging plans. This role requires managing and controlling production resources while driving efficiency and maintaining safety standards.

Work Pattern:
This is a Fixed Term Contract. Working hours are: 05.45am to 17.45pm, rotational, as a part of the Process 1 department Team B.
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2: Wed, Thurs

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and control production resources to achieve targets.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements.
- Monitor and maintain efficiency across production processes.
- Report and escalate any issues affecting production performance.
- Lead by example and promote a strong culture of safety and teamwork.
Health & Safety responsibilities:
- Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
- Report any hazards, unsafe practices, or incidents immediately.
- Actively support company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
- Good level of English (verbal and written)
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (minimum 12 months)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet targets
- Flexible, proactive, and safety conscious
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- FMCG experience
- Modern Apprenticeship or Leadership experience
