Responsibilities
- Issuing of spares to work order requirements
- Accurate cycle counting
- Maintain the re-ordering system as required and proposing changes to order points
- Communicate stock shortages in a timely manner to ensure stock levels are maintained to the agreed level
- Ensure the stores area is kept in a clean and tidy manner
- Receive and receipt goods into the department and make sure delivery note matches purchase order
- Highlight any discrepancies in the appropriate manner
- Despatch items for repair as and when required
- Process work orders within the department when required
- Issue relevant stock movement reports in the absence of the purchasing controller (engineering)
- Any other reasonable duties as requested

Qualifications
- Attention to detail

- Full driving licence
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques

- High degree of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems/ERP systems
- Able to produce reports and manage computer systems being familiar with Word, Excel, and similar office applications
