If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!/ppEarn Big: Competitive hourly rate of £16.76, with the potential to earn over £500per week!/ppBalanced Schedule: Enjoy a 4 on, 3 off / 3on, 4 off shift pattern (18:00-06:00), giving you more time for yourself./ppThis role will need you tolead the team in achieving their required metrics for the area, with a key focus on team member safety and ensuring that appropriate systems are used including; delivery, put away, stock management, picking & despatching, providing daily support and coaching to all team members.\”/pp style=\”margin-left:18.0pt\”Supply Chain Strategy/pul liFully support the activities that are defined within the master schedule for the area, maintaining a key focus on the metrics of the area and any deadlines along with the impact of change on any team members./li liWork cross functionally and build relationships to maximise performance./li liEnsure that each team member understands their role in delivering our business goals./li/ulp style=\”margin-left:18.0pt\”Build a high performing team/pul liBuild strong relationships with each team member./li liMinimise absenteeism and organise unplanned cover when required taking the necessary steps to minimise cost./li liTrain the team on OPEX tools systems and standards and track team member capability using versatility matrices./li liInvolve the team in priority problem solving activities and promote a culture of learning and development./li liCommunicate regularly and ensure goals and targets are clear through team forums/li liEnsure team members are working to their strengths./li liUse problem solving to remove obstacles which may prevent team members from completing their roles effectively./li liReward both successes and ideal behaviours. Address any performance issues promptly and discretely./li/ulp style=\”margin-left:18.0pt\”OPEX Improvement/pul liCollect and analyse data to underpin decisions and the allocation of resource within the production stream./li liImprove key metrics for the logistics area and drive 3C problem solving activity./li liDesign reliability into processes./li liStandardise through the use of 5S, Work Element Sheets, Standard Operating Procedures and other standards required to run the area effectively.
