At Pilgrim's Europe, protecting food safety and quality is critical to our success. We're recruiting a Food Safety & Quality Auditor to help ensure our products meet the highest customer, legal and food safety standards across site.

Implementing, auditing and continual improvement of the Quality Assurance System by providing Technical Support to the Production, Maintenance and Hygiene teams. Ensuring food safety and integrity to meet customer quality standards and legislative requirements by taking corrective action in order to guarantee that products are maintained within specification.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Auditing food safety, hygiene, processes and products across site
  • Supporting and maintaining HACCP and Quality Management Systems
  • Identifying non-conformances and driving corrective actions
  • Completing traceability exercises and food safety checks
  • Carrying out calibration, temperature and process validation activities
  • Providing food safety and quality guidance to operational teams
  • Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a food safety, quality or audit role within food manufacturing/FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene, HACCP and food safety standards
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
  • Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
