We have exciting opportunities for Cutting Operatives to join our team at Pilgrim\’s UK Spalding!
Successful candidates will be required to work in our Cutting Department – working on production line, undertaking manual handling tasks, operating equipment and cutting meat to desired specification once trained.
This role does not require previous experience and candidates who wish to become Skilled Knife Operatives will be provided with full support and training to achieve their goal!

- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 05:30 – 15:00 including 2 breaks

In you role you will:
- Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
- Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
- Seek training to maintain skills and remain up to date with best practice
- Work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work
- Comply with Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs.
Previous experience working in Food Production Environment will be advantageous but not essential as Full Training will be provided
