Pilgrim’s Europe is looking for a Customer Agriculture Manager to play a key role in shaping sustainable, high‑welfare agricultural supply chains. Acting as a trusted partner to our customers, you’ll bridge commercial goals with farming operations, sustainability commitments, and regulatory requirements. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence agricultural strategy, build strong customer relationships, and help drive resilience and innovation across our supply chain.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main contact for customers on agricultural matters
- Deliver customer‑led agriculture strategies aligned to commercial, welfare, and sustainability goals
- Lead cross‑functional agricultural projects that improve performance, resilience, and trust
- Oversee customer agriculture data, KPIs, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with farmers, industry bodies, and NGOs
- Champion best‑in‑class animal welfare and sustainable farming practices
- Horizon-scan for emerging agricultural trends, risks, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
