Supply Chain Planning Lead
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planning Lead to drive data‑led planning and optimisation across Pilgrim’s Europe, supporting better decision‑making through advanced analytics, scenario modelling and planning tools.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain planning and optimisation models to support operational and strategic decision‑making
- Deliver scenario modelling and analytics to evaluate risks, opportunities and trade‑offs
- Support S&OP and S&OE processes with fact‑based recommendations and planning insights
- Improve forecasting, inventory planning, capacity utilisation and network optimisation
- Drive planning standardisation, governance and KPI development
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in supply chain planning, optimisation or analytics
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with planning and optimisation tools
- Advanced Excel, dashboarding and presentation skills
- Experience within food, FMCG or agricultural supply chains
