Pilgrim's Europe Carn Hatchery is seeking a Key Operative to lead on night shifts within a busy hatchery. You’ll step up as a supervisor when needed, keep production running smoothly, and help ensure our chicks get the best start in life.
The role runs 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on/4 off rota, 48 hours per week. You’ll organise production lines, monitor egg and chick quality, prioritise hygiene and safety, record key data, support maintenance, and assist with despatch and quality control.
