What You’ll Be Doing
As a Key Operative, you’ll be a vital part of our hatchery team, taking charge when needed and keeping everything running like clockwork. Your day might include:
- Organising production lines and balancing workloads
- Monitoring egg and chick quality
- Prioritising hygiene and safety standards
- Reporting machinery issues and supporting maintenance
- Recording key data and using our computer systems
- Helping with despatch, loading and unloading
- Supporting quality control and health & safety initiatives
You’ll also be a key player in areas such as the Egg Store, Transfers & Hatchers, Despatch and Quality Control — no two days are the same.
