Join Our Team as a Line Technician
Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a motivated and reliable Line Technician to join our production team on a day shift basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the efficient running of production lines.
- Carry out machine set-up, adjustments, and basic fault finding.
- Monitor line performance and minimise downtime.
- Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
About You
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is desirable.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
