Position Overview

Service Desk Analyst – Department: IT, Location: Rushmere.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for incidents and service requests via phone, email, and self‑service channels.
  • Manage and prioritise tickets to meet agreed service levels.
  • Resolve issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates and knowledge base content.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an IT support or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive, flexible and collaborative attitude.
  • IT qualifications or ITIL experience (desirable).
