We're looking for an IT Business Analyst - MES to support the delivery of strategic IT projects within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyse and improve manufacturing processes and IT systems, with a focus on MES solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture, define and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Support system design, testing (including UAT) and deployment
- Model as-is and to-be processes to drive operational improvement
- Support data modelling and basic SQL logic to meet business needs
- Contribute to business change, training and user adoption
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience with process modelling, requirements engineering and systems analysis
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
- Basic SQL knowledge and solid IT systems understanding
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
Desirable:
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing or food industry
- Exposure to SAP and large-scale system implementations
