Pilgrim’s Europe in Craigavon is seeking a Production Shift Manager for evening shifts to lead the production team and drive performance, quality, and safety on every shift.
You will deliver KPIs, optimise processes, coach people, and coordinate handovers while ensuring our high food safety and quality standards are met. This role also provides relief cover for the Operations Manager and Team Leads when required.
