Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £500 per week!

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 06.00am - 14.00pm Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.

Job Role: The QA operative role is one of active support for the operational teams through coaching the correct food safety and quality behaviours, as well as providing assurance that essential food safety monitoring equipment is fit for purpose and working within agreed accuracy limits. This contributes towards the site being able to demonstrate a due diligence defence to any food safety, legality, compliance or quality challenge through diligent document completion and retention. QA operatives support the operational team in delivering compliance with all site policies, procedures, and protocols at Corsham. The job holder is required to be skilled in the use of the QUOR paperless quality management system and be competent in driving the functionality of QUOR across the production areas. The QA operative role is responsible for capturing and sharing key performance data to facilitate action plans in continuously improving the business performance, specifically in areas relating to food safety, legality and quality, but also in general business performance relating to yields, efficiency, waste and labour. The role therefore requires an actively mobile and open verbal and written communicator to all shop floor and site management staff. The QA operative will be adaptable to changes in working practices and be able to embrace emerging technology and will need to deputise for the QA Supervisor on shop floor.
