This 18‑month structured development programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to lead people, improve processes and drive performance across fast‑paced manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Complete three 6‑month site rotations at Corsham, Linton and Westerleigh
- Gain hands‑on experience across fresh pork
- Develop capability in people leadership, lean production and operational management
- Work in high‑volume, complex manufacturing environments with real responsibility
