We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on Twilight Shift to join our growing team.
Location: Blenheim Road, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 16.45 - 01:15
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and packing raw product in a chilled environment in line with customer specifications
- Meeting KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency
- Completing training within the first 13 weeks of employment
- Maintaining high standards of speed, quality, attitude, and attendance
- Following all Health & Safety and animal welfare policies
- Attending and applying learning from training (e.g. Basic Food Hygiene)
What You Will Need
- Previous experience working in a cold, fast-paced environment is essential
- Basic understanding of English
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to support different areas as required by the business
