- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the feed mill.
- Maintain and support a robust breakdown call-out system to minimise downtime.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance and key KPIs.
- Ensure all pressure systems comply with legal and insurance requirements.
- Support maintenance purchasing and spare parts stock control within budget.
- Manage and maintain the site Permit to Work system.
- Assist in coaching and mentoring colleagues where required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company standards.
- Provide out-of-hours support for breakdowns when required.
Essential
- BTEC Level 4 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Electrical qualification to 17th Edition standard.
- Mechanical engineering qualification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Flexible approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience in a similar maintenance engineering role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with boilers and pressure systems.
