Start and develop your commercial career in a dynamic, customer-facing role! We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Manager to join Pilgrim’s Europe and begin building a career in commercial account management. This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial journey who is curious, strategic, and confident communicating with customers and internal teams.
You’ll support and progressively take ownership of multiple key customer accounts, working across our chicken and pork categories while developing the skills needed to succeed as a fully fledged Commercial Manager. Based at our Uxbridge office, you’ll be supported by experienced commercial leaders and cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on exposure to customer management, commercial planning and decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the management and development of multiple key customer accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Work alongside senior commercial colleagues to deliver commercial plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
