We're looking for a New Business & Partnership Sales Manager to open new routes to market, build long-term partnerships, and turn opportunity into sustainable growth.
The Role
- You'll build and convert a national pipeline of new partnerships across care homes, NHS organisations, community networks, and commercial partners (including vending).
- A key focus of the role is securing NHS and public-sector access, including tenders, frameworks, and approved supplier status, and converting this access into active, ordering partners.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams and our franchise network, you'll help turn strategic conversations into long-term, high-value relationships.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a national new business pipeline.
- Win and activate new partnerships that deliver sustainable customer volume.
- Develop and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
- Lead or support NHS and public-sector bids and renewals.
- Onboard, train, and engage partners to drive repeat ordering.
- Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance.
