  • Production Operatives - Despatch Nights to join our dynamic team at the

Linton site and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Night Shift Pattern

  • 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am
  • Job Role
  • Adhere to all health and safety requirements
  • Adhere to all food safety requirements
  • Adhere to all quality standards
  • Carry out quality and safety checks
  • Complete intake checks as required
  • Process transport paperwork
  • Pick, pack and scan products accurately against customer orders
  • Load and unload lorries safely and efficiently
  • Support stock control activities and operational requirements
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily despatch targets

Skills & Knowledge

  • Good working knowledge of food safety requirements
  • Previous experience within the food industry is beneficial
  • Good computer skills would be advantageous
  • Ability to work accurately and follow procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a temperature-controlled environment and as part of a team
