Job Description
We have exciting opportunities for experienced Butchers & Trimmers to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe – Spalding site!
Successful candidates will be required to work in our Butchery Department – Cutting, trimming & deboning Pork Shoulders and/or Legs.
Experience is required and more training will be provided on the job – great opportunity to gain career progression
Key information:
- Competitive rate of pay!

- Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent/Direct
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 06:30 – 16:00 including 2 breaks (45 hours)

*In addition to your hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive discretionary productivity bonus once you're signed off on minimum required task jobs on bonus lines. Depending on your skill level and performance this can be significant amount boosting your weekly wage!

- Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
- Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
- Seek training to maintain skills and remain up to date with best practice

- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs.
