We are currently recruiting for a Basting Room Operative to join our site in Bromborough.
The main purpose of the Basting Room Operative is to ensure the safe and efficient running of the shift, following the correct SOPs and Health and Safety criteria.
Your job will also include (but not limited to)
- Brine injection weight control recording and transfer to Quor system.
- Ensure all plans are completed daily.
- Clean as you go, to make sure cleaning schedules are adhered to and your working area is clean, tidy, and safe.
- Report non-standard conditions immediately, to minimise waste.
- Ensuring department is always audit ready and in line with our GMP and 5S standards.
- Wearing correct PPE and ensure all tasks are done by following health and safety procedures.
Flexibility required to work any 5 days out of 6 days (Monday till Saturday)
